The third SaudiSat educational satellite, continuing Saudi Arabia's tradition of amateur radio satellites that also serve as training vehicles for the next generation of Saudi satellite engineers. The SaudiSat program has produced a continuous pipeline of engineers now working on Saudi Arabia's more ambitious reconnaissance and communications satellite programs.
