The fourth original COSMO-SkyMed satellite completed Italy's radar constellation with sub-12-hour global revisit. It has since supported NATO operations, tracked illegal fishing in the Mediterranean, and helped authorities detect unauthorized construction on protected coastlines — all with radar that sees through clouds and darkness.
