The UAE's second satellite proved Emirati engineers trained on DubaiSat-1 could advance the country's space capabilities. DubaiSat-2 delivers 1-meter imagery monitoring the Gulf region — and the skills its engineers gained contributed directly to the Mohammed Al-Rashid Space Centre team that built the Hope Mars probe.
