The third Pathfinder satellite, completing the trio that first proved commercial space-based RF geolocation. When all three detect the same radio signal, the 10-millisecond differences in arrival time combined with known satellite positions reveal the transmitter's location anywhere on Earth. The Pathfinder proved this commercially, leading to rapid constellation expansion.
