RISAT-2BR2, the newest addition to India's radar reconnaissance fleet, giving the Indian military a second all-weather eye watching the same cloud-choked border regions RISAT-2BR1 was built to see through. Two functioning radar satellites means India can now revisit a sensitive target twice as often — a meaningful upgrade when the difference between spotting a troop movement in time and missing it entirely comes down to hours.
