Tianqi-22, part of China's Tianqi ('Sky Enquiry') commercial satellite IoT constellation, relaying data from remote agricultural, forestry, and environmental sensors — China's domestic alternative to Western satellite messaging networks like ORBCOMM. By the mid-20s numbering, the constellation had grown large enough to provide meaningfully dense coverage across China's vast rural interior.
