DooRy-Sat, a South Korean student-built CubeSat launched into an unusually low 47° inclination, giving Korean engineering students hands-on satellite design and mission operations experience. Korean student satellite programs have expanded rapidly over the past decade, giving successive generations of engineering students direct hands-on spacecraft design experience before they enter the country's growing commercial space industry.
