One of ICEYE's 2024 SAR satellites, contributing to a Finnish-founded constellation that has become the world's largest commercial synthetic aperture radar operator. ICEYE-X37 flies at a 97.8° sun-synchronous inclination shared by most of the company's satellites, ensuring consistent lighting-independent imaging geometry across every pass — a radar advantage over optical satellites that still depends on orbital consistency for repeatable, comparable imagery over time.
