This object completed a portion of Russia's large November 4, 2024 Vostochny rideshare mission, COSPAR designation 2024-199, which combined the primary Ionosfera-M scientific satellites with roughly two dozen small satellites contributed by Russian universities and research institutes. As with several other objects from this same crowded launch, this satellite's specific builder and mission function could not be confirmed with confidence during research, and should be treated as unresolved rather than assigned a specific institutional origin without direct confirmation from an authoritative satellite catalog.
