No relation to the space telescope. Hubble 6 belongs to Hubble Network, a Seattle startup building a satellite network that ordinary Bluetooth chips can reach directly — the same low-power radio found in earbuds and luggage tags, with no cellular modem or satellite dish. A Bluetooth signal is far too faint for a normal antenna to hear from orbit, so Hubble's satellites carry an antenna array that picks the whisper out of the noise. Built by EnduroSat and nicknamed "Lilo", it launched on SpaceX's Transporter-14 rideshare in June 2025, a year after the company's first two satellites made the first Bluetooth connection between the ground and space.
