KNACKSAT-2, Thailand's second domestically-developed university CubeSat, deployed from the ISS's Japanese Kibo module on February 3, 2026. Built by King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok, the 3U spacecraft continues the KNACKSAT-1 mission's proof that Thai engineering students could design and fly a satellite entirely in-house. It hosts multiple payloads including an APRS amateur radio digipeater — callsign HSØK — coordinated through the International Amateur Radio Union so ham operators worldwide can relay messages through it, alongside standard engineering telemetry beaconed once a minute.
