ICEYE-X74, co-launched with ICEYE-X75, is one of the Finnish company's latest fourth-generation SAR satellites offering a 250-mile field of regard for high-resolution imagery — four times the coverage area of previous generations. At 85 kg, each ICEYE satellite is a fraction of the size of traditional SAR spacecraft, yet delivers imagery that was classified military capability just a decade ago. ICEYE-X74 serves both ICEYE's commercial constellation and potentially contributes capacity to one of the company's dedicated government contracts — including missions for the Greek National Space Program, the Polish Armed Forces' MikroSAR program, and Ukraine's battlefield surveillance under a German Ministry of Defence-funded Rheinmetall-ICEYE partnership.
