One of the original O3B constellation satellites, launched in 2013 to prove that medium-Earth-orbit broadband could deliver internet performance genuinely competitive with terrestrial fiber to underserved regions. This satellite's near-zero inclination orbit keeps it locked over the equatorial belt, providing consistent, low-latency coverage to the Pacific Islands, Africa, and Latin America.
