Third satellite completing the Yaogan-20 triplet, launched in 2014. With four ELINT triplet generations (Yaogan-9, 16, 17, 20) simultaneously operational by this point, China had built a naval surveillance network with substantially more comprehensive Pacific coverage than any Western analyst had anticipated when the program began in 2010.
