A Eutelsat all-electric satellite at 114.9°W co-manifested with ABS-3A on a SpaceX Falcon 9 — two all-electric satellites launched together on a single rocket for two different operators in the same launch. This dual-operator single-launch model, enabled by the lightweight all-electric Boeing 702SP platform, was unprecedented in commercial satellite history. Eutelsat-115 West B provides Ka-band broadband for the Mexican and US markets from a position covering the southwestern United States and Mexico.
