Ningxia-1 (10), also known as Zhongzi, part of a Chinese commercial satellite constellation owned by Ningxia Jingui Information Technology and built by CAST subsidiary DFH Satellite Co. Officially described only as a remote sensing system, the constellation has been widely assessed by independent trackers as a commercial signals-intelligence network monitoring global RF spectrum and vehicle traffic — one of several private Chinese satellite ventures whose stated civilian purpose and observed capabilities appear to diverge. This satellite is part of the constellation's original five-satellite founding group, launched November 2019 on China's first-ever low-inclination Long March 6 mission.
