Russia's latest Express satellite, continuing the modernization of the country's commercial satellite fleet under difficult conditions created by Western technology restrictions. Express AMU-7 covers Russia's most densely populated regions with Ku-band TV distribution and Ka-band broadband, supporting the Russian government's goal of extending satellite internet access to rural populations across the country.
