Russia's Express satellite covering the Middle East, Europe, and western Russia. Express-AM7 provides C and Ku-band capacity for Russian government networks, commercial TV distribution, and broadband services across one of Russia's most strategically important coverage regions. Russia's national satellite operator (RSCC) maintains capacity on these satellites for government reserved use even while selling commercial capacity to private customers.
