The third satellite completing Yaogan-36 group 03. Somewhere over the Pacific right now, this formation is either monitoring farmland and forest fires exactly as China's state media claims — or it's watching a naval exercise, a shipping lane, a fleet movement, and quietly logging every radar and radio signal it detects. Both explanations fit the same orbit. Only one of them is true, and Beijing isn't telling.
