UmKA 1 (RS40S), part of a roughly 40-satellite cluster of Russian university and amateur radio CubeSats launched together on June 27, 2023 aboard the same Soyuz rocket carrying the Meteor-M2-3 weather satellite. This satellite is Built by the Center for Scientific Creativity at Podolsk School #29 in partnership with Sputnix — notably, this one was assembled largely by high school students, not university engineers, making it one of the youngest satellite-building teams in this entire cluster.
