Polytech-Universe 3 (RS46S), part of a roughly 40-satellite cluster of Russian university and amateur radio CubeSats launched together on June 27, 2023 aboard the same Soyuz rocket carrying the Meteor-M2-3 weather satellite. This satellite is built by engineering students as hands-on training, one of dozens of near-identical CubeSat projects that Russian technical universities have used for over a decade to give students real satellite-building experience before they ever work on an operational spacecraft.
