NUSAT-49 (KLARA DAN VON NEUMANN)

NuSat-49, part of Satellogic's commercial Earth observation constellation, named after Klara Dan von Neumann, one of the first professional computer programmers in history, who wrote code for the earliest electronic computers used in nuclear weapons calculations and later helped run some of the first computerized weather simulations ever attempted. Satellogic names most of its satellites after historical women scientists — a deliberate, ongoing pattern across the entire fleet.
