Tianqi-32 completes the four-satellite batch launched together September 20, 2024 aboard a Kuaizhou 1A rocket from Xichang, the newest members of the Tianqi IoT relay constellation operated by Guodian Gaoke, a State Grid-affiliated company. Like the rest of the group, it's designed to collect low-bandwidth telemetry from remote ground sensors — infrastructure monitoring, environmental data, and industrial telemetry from places conventional cellular networks don't reach. Guodian Gaoke has continued adding to the Tianqi constellation in later launches, building out satellite-relay coverage to match China's dispersed grid and industrial infrastructure.
