Hors 4, radio designation RS82S, is the companion satellite to Hors 3, both built by IKI RAN, Russia's Space Research Institute, and flown together on the large November 4, 2024 Vostochny rideshare mission (COSPAR 2024-199) that also carried the mission's primary Ionosfera-M scientific payloads. Like its sibling, Hors 4 is documented only as a technology-demonstration satellite, part of the broadly educational and experimental cluster of roughly two dozen small satellites deployed on this launch.
