Cosmos 2476, launched in 2011 — the year GLONASS finally reached full 24-satellite global operational strength again, exactly a decade after the system had shrunk to just six functioning satellites during Russia's post-Soviet economic collapse. This satellite is part of the class that completed that recovery, restoring Russia's status as one of only two nations (alongside the US) operating a complete global satellite navigation system at the time.
