Mexico's Sky satellite service satellite, providing direct-to-home television for Mexican subscribers. Sky México (a joint venture of Sky/Fox and Televisa) is Mexico's largest pay television provider after the cable-dominant Totalplay and Izzi services. Sky México uses satellite to reach the millions of Mexican households outside major cities where cable infrastructure doesn't reach — satellite's geographic universality makes it uniquely valuable in Mexico's diverse topography of mountains, deserts, and jungle.
