GSAT0210 (Galileo 13), launched alongside GSAT0211 in May 2016, is part of Galileo's continuing expansion toward full global constellation strength. Galileo's Commercial Service and later High Accuracy Service layers, built on top of the basic open signal, eventually offered decimeter-level positioning precision to capable receivers — accuracy fine enough for autonomous vehicle navigation and precision agriculture applications GPS's original design never anticipated.
