Second satellite of Yaogan-36 group 03, flying in tight formation with two identical siblings for a reason China has never had to explain. Three-satellite groupings aren't accidental — they're the same triangulation geometry China has used since 2010 to pinpoint ships by their radio emissions, down to a matter of meters. Whether this particular formation is doing that, or something else entirely, is a question that stays unanswered by design.
