CubeBel 2 (EU11S), part of a roughly 40-satellite cluster of Russian university and amateur radio CubeSats launched together on June 27, 2023 aboard the same Soyuz rocket carrying the Meteor-M2-3 weather satellite. This satellite is Belarus's second CubeSat, built by Belarusian State University students who also used the mission to study amateur radio systems and operate a digital repeater for the ham community.
