CubeSX-HSE 3 (RS42S), part of a roughly 40-satellite cluster of Russian university and amateur radio CubeSats launched together on June 27, 2023 aboard the same Soyuz rocket carrying the Meteor-M2-3 weather satellite. This satellite is Built by Moscow's Higher School of Economics, continuing a CubeSat program the university has run for several launch cycles to give economics-adjacent tech students direct aerospace engineering exposure.
