One of China's newest commercial C-band satellites, extending its coverage into new markets. Zhongxing-6E reflects China's continued investment in C-band commercial capacity at a time when many Western operators are transitioning toward Ka-band high-throughput systems — recognizing that C-band remains essential for reliability in tropical markets and for professional video distribution applications that favor its characteristics.
