Saudi Arabia's SAR reconnaissance satellite provides all-weather, day-night radar imaging of the Middle East. It extends Saudi sovereign surveillance to conditions where optical satellites are blind — through clouds, dust storms, and darkness — giving the Kingdom persistent situational awareness independent of any foreign satellite partner.
