GPS BIIR-11 (PRN 19), launched in 2004, is one of the original Block IIR satellites, part of the generation that restored full GPS constellation strength after some of the earliest 1990s satellites began reaching the end of their operational lives. Each Block IIR satellite weighs roughly 2,000 kg and carries redundant atomic clocks — usually two rubidium and sometimes a cesium standard — so a single clock failure doesn't take the whole satellite offline.
