Intelsat's third Epic satellite providing high-throughput Ka-band broadband and Ku-band broadcasting over the Atlantic, covering Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas simultaneously. IS-37E's coverage spans more than any previous Epic satellite — from the Americas through the Atlantic to Europe and Africa. The Epic fleet represents Intelsat's multi-billion dollar bet that high-throughput GEO satellites can compete with Starlink and LEO broadband by offering more capacity, wider coverage, and lower latency than low-orbit constellations.
