An Intelsat 900-series satellite serving the Indian Ocean and Africa with C-band and Ku-band capacity. IS-904 connects sub-Saharan Africa with Europe and Asia — carrying television distribution, internet backbone traffic, and corporate data networks across the ocean basins that separate three continents.
