Egypt's newest broadcasting satellite, providing additional Ku-band capacity at 7°W and extending coverage into Sub-Saharan Africa. NileSat-301 supports the continuing explosion of Arabic satellite television channels and the transition to HD and 4K broadcasting across Egypt and the Arab world. Egypt's NileSat has become a commercial satellite operator of regional significance, providing services to governments and broadcasters across the Arab world and Africa.
