Indonesia's largest and most powerful communications satellite — a national broadband project providing Ka-band internet to over 150,000 public service points across Indonesia's remote islands. SATRIA (Satellite Indonesia Raya) specifically targets schools, health clinics, government offices, and military outposts in areas unreachable by fiber or 4G — the digitally excluded population of the world's fourth most populous nation. Indonesia's government invested in SATRIA as infrastructure equivalent to building roads through its island geography.
