The third Hulianwan GEO IoT satellite, continuing China's development of geostationary machine-to-machine connectivity. From GEO, these satellites provide continuous coverage of a fixed region without the latency and coverage gaps of LEO IoT systems — making them well-suited for applications like agricultural monitoring, wildlife tracking, and remote infrastructure management across China's vast western territories.
