An SES satellite acquired from bankrupt Protostar Ltd. providing services over Asia-Pacific. SES purchased Protostar-2's orbital slot and customer contracts during a bankruptcy restructuring — the satellite secondary market where operational satellites transfer between operators through financial transactions is a significant part of the commercial satellite industry.
