GPS BIIF-8 (PRN 03), launched in 2015, continues Block IIF's steady replacement of the aging original GPS constellation. Each satellite in this generation carries a rubidium atomic clock stable to within one part in 10^14 — accurate enough that it would drift by less than a second over roughly three million years, a precision level almost impossible to intuitively grasp but absolutely essential to GPS's core function of timing radio signals traveling at the speed of light.
