GPS BIII-10 (PRN 13), part of GPS's most significant hardware redesign in decades — the generation built after Selective Availability was already permanently switched off in 2000, giving these satellites the first GPS hardware ever built with zero physical capability for Selective Availability signal degradation — a permanent, unchangeable guarantee to civilian users that the deliberate accuracy-blurring the US military used throughout the 1990s can never be switched back on for this satellite, regardless of future policy.
