GPS BIIF-12 (PRN 32), launched in 2016, was the last satellite of the Block IIF generation, closing out the modernization program that brought triple-frequency broadcasting and the L5 aviation safety signal to the full operational GPS constellation before Block III satellites began arriving — GPS's first-ever redesign to drop the Selective Availability degradation hardware entirely, since Block III satellites were built after SA had already been permanently disabled in 2000.
