GPS BIIF-6 (PRN 06), launched in 2014, is part of the Block IIF generation that pushed GPS civilian accuracy meaningfully closer to what military users had long enjoyed — the gap between civilian and encrypted military GPS accuracy has narrowed generation over generation as more capable civilian signals like L2C and L5 have rolled out across the constellation. By the time this satellite reached orbit, roughly half the operational GPS constellation had already been modernized to Block IIF or newer standards, meaningfully improving the system's overall civilian accuracy even before Block III satellites began arriving.
