The final satellite of this particular 2020 Jilin-1 Gaofen-03 launch cluster, completing a coordinated batch deployment that expanded China's commercial imaging coverage ahead of the constellation's subsequent scale-up into mass production. By 2020, Jilin-1's growth trajectory had already made clear that Chang Guang intended to build not just a capable constellation but the largest one in Chinese commercial space history.
