NuSat-35, part of Satellogic's commercial Earth observation constellation, named after Williamina Fleming — the Scottish astronomer who catalogued over 10,000 stars for Harvard Observatory after starting as the family's housekeeper. Satellogic names most of its satellites after historical women scientists — a deliberate, ongoing pattern across the entire fleet rather than a one-off tribute.
