NuSat-38, part of Satellogic's commercial Earth observation constellation, named after Maria Agnesi — the 18th-century Italian mathematician who wrote the first surviving mathematics textbook authored by a woman. Satellogic names most of its satellites after historical women scientists — a deliberate, ongoing pattern across the entire fleet rather than a one-off tribute.
