The second Tianlian-2 satellite, completing the initial next-generation pair. Tianlian 2-02 significantly expands coverage to ensure Tiangong crew have nearly continuous data relay contact regardless of the station's orbital position. China's growing human spaceflight program — planning longer missions and more frequent crew rotations — demands the communication infrastructure that Tianlian-2 provides.
